Trolleys Are Reappearing in Many North American Cities

The modern trolleys that are being built today, are called LRVs or Light Rail Vehicles. It has been re-discovered, that trolleys can move large groups of people, very rapidly and efficiently, from one place to another. Also, Light Rail Vehicles (trolleys) produce very little noise or air pollution.
